Hi everyone, I hope you're all well, sorry I haven't been online for a long time- I'm just in a bit of a bind. I've left college now after completing my course, and I don't know what to do with my life. I'm searching for a temporary job, but there's nothing about or the jobs that are around aren't worth applying for. I don't know what career I want to go into and I don't want to waste money on a uni course that isn't going anywhere. If anyone's got advice about careers or could tell me how they chose what direction to head in that would be great .

I'm experiencing much the same thing with art. I've now decided not to quit- I may as well do something productive whilst unemployed and it's a good hobby. But what to do? I'm experimenting in oils but still think about illustration a lot, maybe I should do some more digital stuff, or collage or whatever. Perhaps i need a theme or contest to enter. Has anyone else experienced this too- a sort of confusion about what art direction to take?

I don't know if should do commisions and in what- it's difficult being varied, harder to sell a product that way. I'd love to sell art but don't have enough confidence in my work. Well, thanks for reading this far and I hope I haven't depressed anyone, haha... Perhaps I'm being too serious!
